• Voice call reminders (8 AM - 9 PM only per TCPA regulations)
• Two-way SMS communication (reply with MOVED, HELP, STOP, etc.)
• ROI tracking showing tickets avoided and money saved
• Web-based account management dashboard

3. SMS and Voice Communication Terms

3.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) and voice calls from NoMoreSweeperTickets.com at the phone number you provided.

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on street sweeping schedules in your area. Typically, you will receive:

• Evening Before: 1 SMS reminder around 6 PM
• Morning Of: 1 SMS reminder at 8 AM
• Voice Call: 1 call at 8:15 AM if you haven't confirmed via SMS
• Service Updates: Occasional messages (less than 1 per month)

3.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates apply as determined by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

3.4 TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations:

• Voice Call Hours: Only between 8 AM - 9 PM in your local time zone
• Consent Documentation: We maintain records of your consent with timestamps
• Do Not Call: We respect the National Do Not Call Registry
• Opt-Out: Immediate processing of STOP requests

3.5 Opt-Out Instructions

• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card required for trial. You will be notified before trial expiration.

6.2 Subscription Fee

After the trial period, the Service costs $10.00 per year.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

6.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled. You will be notified before renewal.

6.5 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

6.6 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. No refunds for partial periods after 14-day guarantee expires.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

7.1 Informational Purpose

This Service provides reminders only. We are not responsible if you still receive a parking ticket. Reasons may include:

• SMS delivery delays or failures
• Changes to street sweeping schedules not reflected in city data
• User error (wrong address, didn't move car, etc.)
• Mobile carrier issues or service outages
• Force majeure events

7.2 Data Accuracy

We source street sweeping data from municipal open data portals. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify with official posted signs.

7.3 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7.4 No Liability for Tickets

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING TICKETS YOU RECEIVE. THIS SERVICE IS A CONVENIENCE TOOL ONLY. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH PARKING REGULATIONS.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Update your parking address when you move
• Maintain a working mobile phone with SMS capability
• Check official posted signs in addition to using our Service
• Comply with all local parking regulations
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security features

You may NOT:

• Use the Service with a phone number you don't own
• Share your account with others
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NoMoreSweeperTickets.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PARKING TICKETS, FINES, TOWING FEES, OR RELATED COSTS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR SMS DELIVERY FAILURES OR DELAYS
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (MAXIMUM $10)
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoMoreSweeperTickets.com from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Parking tickets or violations you receive
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abusive behavior toward our staff

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
